My Sense will not sync my Pandora top 3 stations. It stops at 70%. I have done all the troubleshooting I have found in the forum. Any help?

Hello @Skeeter82

To get your Fitbit to sync with your Pandora account follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you're logged in with the correct Pandora account on your Fitbit app.
  2. Disconnect your Fitbit from any Bluetooth connections, and make sure it's hooked up to Wi-Fi.
  3. Return your Fitbit to the charger, and confirm that it's seated properly.
  4. Finally, open the Fitbit app on your mobile phone and select which Pandora content you want to sync to your device. To do that:
    1. Click on Music and then Pandora.
    2. Choose your top Pandora stations or your favorite workout stations. This should start the syncing process on your device.

The Pandora section on the Fitbit application doesn't give me an option to
select my station. The wheel in the middle of the screen keeps turning.

Hello @Skeeter82

Can you ensure you have the latest Fitbit App update version…then log out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone then log back in and try again fresh.

I have downloaded the latest version from the google play store and
restarted both devices. I left both beside each other for over 6 hours
while I slept. It finally said 100%. However, there are no stations on my
watch. The app still does not allow me to choose stations. The circle keeps
spinning.

I’m sorry @Skeeter82 …there may be an issue with Pandora. Have you contacted them? If they are unable to assist you I’d suggest you call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I’m sorry I was unable to help. You may be experiencing the same issue as others described here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/Pandora-won-t-load-in-app/td-p/5175196
