Posts to open groups in app now deleted - how do I get them back on my profile?

Hello,

I have just noticed that the posts I had made to the open groups, groups that were deleted as of Mar 27, 2023, no longer appear on my profile in the IOS app.  I want those posts added back to my profile please - how do I do that?

All groups are shutdown

Yes I know that.  I want the posts though that I made to those groups returned to my profile.

Before they shutdown the open groups i was able to download all of my information. I am not sure if that is still available. It even downloaded any pictures i had posted.
