My Versa had the Med Id. Got a new sense 2 last week because descriptions indicated the Med Id would work on new watch…
Chose the med Id clock face but it doesn’t download. What good is the app if it doesn’t help me? Seems like since Google took over a lot of apps no longer work. Not happy!!!!

Hi @Reetz01 I apologize if I misread your post. Are referring to a clock face that works with this Med ID app? If not, can you give more specific details?
Google made a significant change with the Sense 2/Versa 4. It doesn't allow any third party apps. The Med ID app was on the Sense 2/Versa 4 when it was released, but it was quickly removed.

The Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 no longer support third-party apps or watch faces like Med ID, although some items were briefly visible in the store, they were removed shortly afterwards because these watches do not support the installation of third-party apps.
