The Sense now is not "compatible" with Unitedhealthcare Motion but the UHC Motion app doesn't load into the Sense like it did with my Charge 4. I tried to get it through the Fitbit app, but it's not listed. There are no reminders to get your goals or tracking of those goals without looking it up in the Motion app on your phone. I gave up my brand new Charge 4 to get the Sense. Had I know the Motion app was not available on the Sense, I would not have gotten it. Very disappointed!

Hello @huskimo and welcome to the Help forum. My insurance is United Healthcare, too. For the life of me, I don't understand why the UHC Motion is limited to certain trackers and doesn't include ANY of the smartwatches.
Are you in the return window for your Sense?

Hi LZeeW. As of June 1st, the FB smartwatches are "compatible" with UHC Motion, it's just that the Motion program doesn't load into the Sense. The Motion program on your phone will track your Motion stats, but the Sense doesn't keep track of them. It also doesn't send you the reminders or let you know when you've met a Motion goal. I really counted on my Charge 4 to keep me on track. I'm not returning my Sense, even though I just got it. I'm hoping that they will soon do an update that will remedy this. I really love the Sense. It's a shame they didn't plan this all the way through before sending an email that said they are "compatible."

You're welcome. Yes, it does need an update. So does the UHC Motion site!
