Set up the Agenda app for Versa 3

Hi! I just bought a Versa 3 and I want to connect my apple agenda with it. When I click on 'AGENDA' on fitbit I get the following message: "permissions required"

 

In the FitBit app > Apps > Agenda > "Show free time" is the only thing Is see there (no option to select an agenda).


On my iPhone I checked my FitBit settings but also there is nothing mentioned to give permission to my agenda/calendar.

 

What can I do?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming the steps to setup the Agenda app at How do I set up apps on my Fitbit device?
