I haven't been able to see the spo2 result/numbers in quite some time (months). I can see where the data should been under health, but it only says that it needs to be updated and that i need to wear the device at night. I have been able to see the data in the spring.
I tried to search here for answers, and i read that you should have the spo2 app added. I can't find the app in my apps, go in to my profile, choose the device, and then apps. When i click on apps i can only see the apps that i have, i can't search for new.

After you select 'Apps', the next screen should have 3 tabs at top: Sense (or your model), Clocks, Apps.
The Sense tab show what is on your device, Apps tab show all apps including those you can add.

I have a charge 4.
I see the three tabs. But I can only see the once I I have already (Agenda, Alarms, Spotify, Timers, Relax, Exercise, Weather and Settings).
Does that mean that it isn't possible to add it? I have been able to receive the data before.
