Hey I have a question, I use the Strava app. It syncs when I start the run on rhe watch and it sync to the strava app on my phone. When I open the app on the watch it wont show until I close the app out and open it again. Almost like I have to force it to push from the Strava app on the phone back to the watch?

I confirm the same behavior on mine. Frankly speaking a very limited use app for my needs.

Hey there @Giampi71 @AGsr, thanks for stopping by!  I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit Ionic by following these steps. After the restart, check if you keep having difficulties to see your last 10 exercises on Strava.

When you go to your Apps on the Fitbit app, and tap on the gear icon that is on the Strava app; do you see "authorization state: connected"?

Also, please note that only GPS activities will sync to your Strava app on your watch.

If the issue persist, I'd recommend revoking access between Strava and Fitbit. Then, reconnect your account:

  1. Visit http://strava.fitbit.com/ and tap or click Connect.
  2. Log in to your Strava account.
  3. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Test one more time your Fitbit Ionic and see if the exercises are being showed up without force quitting the Strava app.

Keep me posted!

Is anyone else experiencing an error with Fitbit and Strava not syncing? I'm starting my runs on Fitbit but they have stopped transferring the data to Strava. Please let me know if this is an isolated case or a known issue.
