How do I sync to agenda on my charge 3

it dose not have the "gear icon" by the Agenda.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

1. With your tracker nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Check if you see Agenda and tap to see Settings or Permissions.
