I am trying to install "The Fitbit SP02 Clockface" on my Ionic. It keeps showing me "Switching" with cursor moving fastly between both ends without actual installation. I have tried for more than 1 hour including clearing cache as well as reinstalling fitbit app on my One Plus 8 handset. Also when My clock faces has only Fitbit SP02 clockface option, the app picks any random clock face and installs it on Ionic.
1. File size is 7 KB which is comparatively small.
2. This clock face is available in India as I get the install option.
Can anyone please help me with this.

Best AnswerWhat I read is it is currently not available at all locations. If you don’t see it in the Clock Face Gallery, it’s not available in your region.

Best AnswerI have a Versa 2. It shows up in my clock face gallery. It says it's downloading but never installs.
So, is it or is it not available? If not, why isn't it installing?
Can we get a clear answer on this FROM FITBIT?
Thanks!
I'm having the same issue. It shows up in gallery. I select it and agree to all the check boxes. Then it just sways back and forth. Never completes the install.
I've tried multiple times. Once I walked out of range and it reported that. So something is going on that is not ideal.
Really want to install this. Any help?
Same here...seeing it in the gallery but it won't download. Really want to download!
I too am having same problem except with my Versa 2. I choose the SP02 Clockface and it continues to download but never does.
I had the same problem. The SpO2 clockfaces but was 'Switching'. I chose another clockface to download and install (successfully) then was able to choose the SpO2 clockface and it installed successfully on my Ionic.
Best AnswerTHE FIX (I'm not fitbit support, I figured this out on my own, but you're welcome anyway):
You are allowed (never even stated) around 30-35 apps/games (depending on size). If your watch face is constantly showing downloading but wont install, delete your least wanted app or game. Restart your Ionic and reboot your phone, then reinstall the SpO2 clock face, voila!
BONUS Fun Fact: You don't need the clock face to see your SpO2 levels. Go to your 'Sleep Score' on your phone's app, pick a day, scroll all the way down and your will see your levels - with or without having the clock face! Personally, I got bored of that face after a week, but still see and check my levels every day after I wake up.
NOTE: If YOU CAN'T SEE the option to download the clock face, then update your phones app AND ensure you have the latest update on your watch, then you should be able to see and install it. 😄
