Uber not working, still?

Can anyone help me to get the Uber app working on my new Versa 3. I have tried everything and done the whole restart, unload, re download, switch off and on again etc and nothing works. It almost feels like Fitbit isn't adapting apps for the new products?

Are you receiving any errors. 

At what step does the failure occur? 

Does the app even start up? 

Please remember that we are not looking over your shoulder.

When you go to log into Uber through the Fitbit app by selecting settings
on the Uber page, it will not let you log in, it automatically returns to
the app screen without letting you do anything.
