Using To Do List on fitbit Ionic

I have installed To Do on my FitBit Ionic watch. Obviously the list is empty and I have no idea how to enter my tasks into it. Please help me. Yes you are right I am a novice....

Is this the To Do List by Smart Dinosaurs? 

Open the app on the watch and you will see your instructions. 

Go to the My Apps section in the Fitbit app, find To Do and tap the setting cog in the right.

Where is the "MyApps" section! Cannot find it on my Versa 2!

Can someone please tell me how to access my apps on the Versa 2 so I can use the To Do List app!

Hi @SusanD. - if you have installed the todo list app from the Gallery tile and synced your watch again, swipe the watch face to the left till you find the todo list icon and tap on it. At the same time in the Gallery tile scroll down to the todo list app and click settings.
