My Fitbit versa 2 weather app keeps changing from Fahrenheit to celcius. The settings on Fitbit says Fahrenheit is selected but on my watch it switches to celcius. My watch also deletes all my locations when it does that. I have a IPhone 6s. Please help!

Hi there @Gav_, thanks for getting back and letting me know the outcome. I'm sorry for the late response.
Something that happened to me was that changes done on the Fitbit app on my iPhone were not being synced with my Fitbit. So, I tried General>Reset>Reset Location & Privacy on my iPhone, and then everything started working. So, it's fixed and I can start seeing the Weather on my 'Location'.
However, if you're experiencing syncing difficulties, I'd recommend to follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the steps above don't work, try the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned ON
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi there @Gav_, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the weather not updating on your Versa 2.
I'd recommend to restart your Versa 2 by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Then, please make sure to follow the steps below:
If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:
If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.
To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:
Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

I’ve tried this and it seems like the Fitbit app isn’t saving the changes I’ve made to weather, so it’s not syncing to my versa 2.

My versa 2 still stays in celcius then switches to Fahrenheit after some time. Background app refresh is on for Fitbit and location is enabled to always.
