I have a Versa 2 and when I go to the weather app it shows my location but says to "sync the fitbit mobile app to update" . I have performed a sync 10 ti.es and it still says the same thing, I have also restarted my phone, fitbit, deleted the app from my phone and re-download it. Still having same issue. Help

Hi @SteveF49 - in the Fitbit App Gallery tile scroll to Weather and check the permissions are activated and in the Settings remove any cities and sync.
If it is not resolved then logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure that there are no other devices with the Fitbit App running switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
