I go into my apps in my fitbit app on my phone. and there is no place for me to log in to pandora. (Spotify has a "settings icon" to the right of the app... but pandora has nothing. I just upgraded to premium pandora and still nothing.

Do I HAVE to go through deezer? bc im sorry I cant pay $10 for every app. I already upgraded my pandora.

Hi @Sjjohnson. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand where you're coming from since the Pandora app isn't working correctly, and appreciate you for confirming that you have a paid subscription. To work on this together, could you please very if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version?

If that's correct, please give a try to the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app:

For iOS mobile, see this article.

For Android mobile, see this article.

  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Versa 2 > Media > Pandora.
  4. You'll be prompt to log in to your Pandora account, so follow the onscreen instructions.

If you're unable to see the log in option, please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery to keep our forums organized.

I'll be looking for your response.

I have a quick fix for this issue and for all other similar apps. We should NOT have to pay for a PREMIUM subscription for ANY app, just to be able to control it through our fitbit. Myself and all other fitbit users already pay GOOD money just for the fitbit itself and now because of handshakes with 3rd parties, it requires and forces it's loyal customers to pay for premium subscriptions just to control our media apps.

IF fitbit really cared about their consumers, they would not make these handshakes or provide the premium subscription for their loyal, faithful, consumers. Any other loyal fitbit users agree?

Hi @wlb78. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about our products and I'll help you with your inquiry. Let me clarify that while all apps and clock faces are free to download from the Fitbit App Gallery, some require an activation fee in order to continue using them, such as Pandora for Fitbit. Please note that most of the streaming services (music, movies, etc) need a subscription to download their products and use them offline. In this case with Pandora, which is another company, they'll have their own conditions to use their services.

If you don't wish to get a paid subscription for Pandora, you can always use the Control Music function on your Versa 2 which allows you to control music playing on your nearby phone or music stored on your watch. With this function you can play, pause or skip to the next or previous track from any music app that you have installed in your phone. To find more about this, please visit this help article and to verify if a clock face or app require a payment, please see their description in the Fitbit App Gallery.

I'll be around if you need anything else.
