Versa 2 won't sync to Strava

Hi, I was hoping someone could help. 
I have just got the Versa 2 and I’m having issues getting Strava to work on my watch. I’ve linked both my Fitbit and my strava accounts but when I click on the Strava app on my Versa 2 it says I still need to link my account - both are showing authorised

/connected already.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Lynsey87 are you really have the Strava app on the tracker authorized? This has nothing to do with the link between your Fitbit account and your Strava account.
