Versa 3 keeps trying to install Coach app. I have 4 times factory reset the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and set up the watch as a new device. It is still trying to install the Coach App. Any ideas?

Hi SilviaFitbit - No, this has not been resolved. My Versa 3 is running the latest firmware and my iPhone 12 has the latest version of the app. My battery on my phone and Versa 3 are now draining at an unusually high rate. Any other suggestions.

Opened the Fitbit app today and, like one other person on this post I have noticed, the Coach app was just gone. My phone synced with the website and the app disappeared. Fitbit has resolved the issue for me and, hopefully, for everyone else. Thank you, Fitbit!

I have an Iphone 12, and Versa 3, with the updated fitibit app. And here is a screen cap of the app tab. No more stuck downloading Coach App.

Mine too, Iphone 8, If anything the latest update has made the issue worse. My phone is now flashing up "unable to update/install App" message every ten minutes or so. At this rate im just going to uninstall the app (it must be hammering my phones battery) and the versa 3 is going back to the retailer.
And for reference I did a factory reset after last nights "update".

I have an iPhone 12 - I removed my versa 3 from Fitbit & Bluetooth and restarted my iPhone then added Versa 3 again and setup in Bluetooth and it FINALLY wasn’t there.
Here’s a thought customer service - how about instead of saying it’s been resolved and no further comment. Give a step by step fix so we don’t have to keep wandering (some of us aimlessly) through our phones and the Fitbit app, trying to resolve the issue. Seriously - how many of us do you think are going to upgrade to a new Fitbit after this fiasco?

I don't know when it happened but I just checked my Fitbit app and the Coach app is gone... GONE!! I have a Google Pixel 5. I didn't perform a firmware update. Must have done it on its own. Good luck everyone. Signing off!!

The lack of support for this issue is truly shocking.
I still have this issue.
