Hello @Paulaf68

I’m not entirely sure why your weather is incorrect on your phone. You would have to look at your phone settings or call your phone carrier and ask them I have a suspicious that you meant why is your weather wrong on your Fitbit tracker. If that indeed is the case then I can certainly help. Here’s how:

Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, scroll down and tap the name of your Fitbit tracker then tap gallery. Now scroll down and tap weather. Next tap settings. Change the weather to your desired reading under temperature unit. Go back to the Fitbit App today page and sync your Fitbit tracker.

For weather showing directly on the clock face there may or may not be a clock face setting to change.

If it is still a problem using the same path as above

  • remove cities in the weather list of cities setting
  • and use current location
  • and sync again.

😃 I hope this is the solution you were looking for. Please let me know

Hi there, @Paulaf68. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @SunsetRunner has suggested, if the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Last but not least, may I know what kind of issues you were having with your Versa 3? Did you manage to solve them? Were they syncing issues?

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.
