Versa Chronograph Clock Face Malfunction

I just tried the chronograph clock face on my versa. Started a workout, pressed top right button on versa for exercise function, nothing happened! Returned to previous clock face, top right button launched exercise function ok. Running versa with an iPad. Anybody else had this happen? Any solutions? Many thanks

That is very strange! Keen to hear if any other users have experience the same?

Could you please try installing the Chronograph clock face once again? Check if you happen the experience the same one more time.

The usual workaround whenever this kind of things happen is to uninstall the clock face and reinstall it. So that may be it! 

Try this out and let me know how it goes!

Ok. Tried uninstall/ reinstall, didn’t make any difference. With chronograph loaded, I then went to home, pressed left button, to get the clock, then swiped left, which brought up the apps screen, clicked ‘exercise’ icon and that worked. So seems like it’s only when chronograph face is showing and top right button is pressed that Exercise is not triggered.
