I have Fitbit Versa which I love. I installed the Jarvis 2 Pro version. One of the indicators should be battery percentage but it is not included in the list to select. The contact developer link does not work. Help!

Awesome @Rtnyc77! Thanks for sharing what the developer said about the battery indicator. I'm pretty sure this will help other users asking the same.
In case you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted!

It's nice to see you around the Community Forums @Rtnyc77! Are you getting an error message when you try to contact the developer? If so, what is it?
Many apps include options to adjust the notifications, allow certain permissions, and customize what it displays. Note that turning off any app permissions might cause the app to stop functioning.
To access these settings:
I'd also recommend taking a look at the article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit watch?
Hope this helps, looking forward to your response!

Hi @MarreFitbit. Thanks for responding. No, I am not getting an error message. Battery indicator is not included in the list of indicators to select when setting up the clock face. It is listed in the verbiage about the features plus a few others that are not included in the list.
My clock face is set up using other indicators.
When I select contact developer it goes to a URL but never opens to a website nor is it an email address, like some of the others have.
Thanks, R

Thanks for getting back to me @Rtnyc77! All apps and clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery are free to download. However, some apps and clock faces require a paid subscription service or a one-time activation fee (to a developer). If a developer requires an activation fee, you may see a message in the app or clock face description:
For these apps and clock faces, the developer will process and provide instructions for payment. Many developers use the third party service KiezelPay to accept payment for their app or clock face. For more information, see KiezelPay’s FAQ.
Said that, as you could see in the description, the Jarvis requires a payment:
Have you gone through the payment thing?

Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the Jarvis app @Rtnyc77? Then, try to see if you have the "battery indicator" as an option. If you don't have it, please send me a picture showing the only features you have available.
Thanks my friend!

Thanks. This was resolved. There is a battery indicator but not percentage.

@zobin Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thank you so much for providing those steps to adjust settings on apps. I'm sure a lot of users will find those helpful!
@Rtnyc77 I hope you're doing well! I'm glad to read this is now resolved and that there is a battery indicator on this clock face. You can always ask the developer if it is possible to add a percentage battery status on the clock face.
Additionally, have you checked the Feature Suggestions Board? If you have any ideas for future features you would like to see on your Fitbit device, this is the best place for asking. Feel free to search for existing feature suggestions or add you own original one!
See you around!
