Watch face icons

I have an icon on my Versa 2 that I don’t understand. It looks a little like a clock with an arrow going clockwise. The number associated with the icon changes multiple times during the day. They range from 0 to numbers in the thousands. It is right above the steps counter. 
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Where exactly do you see this?  Is it on the clock face, or in the 'Today' section when scrolling down from clock?

It’s on the clock face under the time. It’s very small. The same size as the other icons

There are thousands of clock faces.  Would have to know which clock face you are uising.
