Watch faces weather not sync to app weather

Hi Fitbit community,

does anyone know how to get the watch faces that have the weather display to synchronize with the weather app.

So far have tried to :

-reboot my versa- hold the side button until the Fitbit logo popped up,

-turning off Bluetooth and turning back on.

any help would be great!

Sorry forgot to mention I have the Versa 3.

Hi @ShawnN94 watch faces will not sync with the weather app on the tracker. 

They get their data straight a weather server if their choice. 

As for syncing, the watch face needs to be able to connect to the phone. The phone needs to connect to the Internet, contact the weather service and get their response. 

How to force this process, I don't know. 

For the weather app it sometimes takes a second or two. 

Instead of adding a second post. You could have used the edit function on the original post.

Have been asking to use celsius, not farenheit. No change.

@cleonor where have you been asking, you should be looking at the settings for your clock face.
