The weather app on my ionic has stocked

@clmo Thanks for your reply and for trying the restart steps once again. I'm really glad to read that the Weather app is now working properly. 

 

I'm sure this will be helpful for other users who might be experiencing the same. Thanks again for sharing.

@clmo Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the weather app.

 

What exactly is the weather app doing on your watch? Is it not updating by any chance? If it is not, please try turning on location services on your phone. That should certainly help you out with that.

I'm sorry the weather app is still not updating and the location service is turned onweather.jpg

@clmo Thanks for your reply and for providing the screen shot! Thanks for confirming that location services is on on your phone.

 

In this case, I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic. This could help out with this.

 

Also, have you tried to add different locations on the app? I should allow you to add two additional locations, check if any of those will show on the Weather app.

Hi

I have now restated the Ionic and it works! 🙂

 

When I did that a few days ago it did not help - but suddenly everything is fine 🙂
