Weather App - can not add new place (city) in Weather App

When I enter a new location (it's possibly up to 3), the Weather App (Fitbit Ionic Android app) informs "Loading...", but then the input field becomes empty ...

Have you tried rebooting the app and phone? I think that's what I had to do with mine. I live in one town and work in a neighboring town, so I use the weather app for both.

i had the same issue with my ionic paired to my windows phone. I was unable to get a location for the weather... 
i attempted to pair the watch to the PC and that because a fiasco because it wouldn't unpair from the basically...Long-story-short. I had the wipe the watch and the app on my phone, and when i set up everything again, the watch had an update available... That new update seemed to have fixed things. I can now get the location saved and weather to the watch...

I had the same problem - the weather app would work for a while (less than a day), then it would stop updating on the watch and the app on my phone wouldn't find them when I tried to add cities. I did a bunch of stuff like uninstalling the app from my phone and reinstalling it; removing the Ionic from my account and adding it again; even clearing the app cache on my phone. Every time, it would work for less than a day, then stop updating. Fitbit has finally admitted this is something for engineering to look at, so they might actually fix it.

Hi, all! The problem with the add of cities in Weather App was decided (without any action on my side...). Since yesterday, additional 2 cities can be added. Apparently, Fitbit corrected this bug ...

Mine isn’t fixed. I can’t get weather data OR add a new city.
