My weather app keeps saying sync. I have done that, I also restarted my fitbit as stated in a previous post and I am using the same weather app as when it did work. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that the weather app isn't updating and thanks for the steps that you've tried. You did a fantastic job! There are some factors that may prevent this app from updating, so please check the following settings:
1. Location services must be set to "Always" for the Fitbit app. For instructions, check this help article.
2. All-day sync must be turned on in the Fitbit app.
3. The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.
Then, if you've not done so, I'd suggest the following steps:
1. Remove your device from the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
2. Force quit or stop the Fitbit app in your phone.
3. Open the Fitbit app and tap your device's icon.
4. Sync one more time.
5. Once your device has synced, check the Weather app. It can take a few minutes to see the updated list of locations on your device.

I had it working for a couple days but now its not working again. I am getting really frustrated as I have only had this since April and already having problems.

Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry to hear that the Weather app stopped working on your device. To further investigate, let me know your Fitbit model, as well your phone's model and the OS version? If you've not done so, I'd recommend to review the information posted above.
