Weather app and Location

I am finding that Location needs to be set at 'always on' for the weather app to work.  It is a huge drain on my battery life.  Why won't it work with 'while using'.

Hi @Luvappy - the Fitbit App also needs location on to do syncing and there are reasons for this. What you can do is turn on location and sync [which will update weather] then turn it off again.

That said, location doesn't normally drain the phone battery that much and a phone restart may be helpful.
