Hi there, @Sueweet. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the weather app.

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

@Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!

Hi @Sueweet - just in case it may be time to refresh things. Restart your watch and on the phone logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone.

Login again and wait for any pair and link prompts and do a manual sync and see if this helps.

Note, the phone Bluetooth and Location service must be running and the Fitbit App running in background for it to update. In the Gallery tile Weather - Settings some people have found removing cities and resyncing helps.

In the App, choose your profile picture, choose your device. Choose Gallery, scroll down to weather and change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Sync your phone/app. This fixed it for me after trying everything else!!
