Weather app is stuck on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

I've tried numerous times to change the temperature units from Celsius to Fahrenheit but will not change even though all settings are correct. Updates have all been done. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @Enolan16 @tholman @Ednajackell. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this inconvenience before reaching out. @JohnnyRow Thanks for your input!

To change the units used for the temperature in the Weather app:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Gallery > Weather. You might need to swipe up to find the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.

If the above doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I've moved this thread to the App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope this helps.

It's a separate setting in the Weather app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am having the same issue. I went to the app settings on my phone and it says fahrenheit, but my fit but still shows Celsius settings.

There actually are two different places. The general settings as well as within the weather app.
