Weather app is stuck on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

My Versa 3 weather displays Celsius even though it Is set on Fahrenheit.  How can I get it to display Fahrenheit?

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations. 

If the above doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way.
