My settings says Farenheit but the watch says Celcius.

Hi there, @toneil24. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with Weather app on your Fitbit device. 

If the steps recommended by @Guy_ don't work, I'd suggest to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way, probably that would explain why none of the clock faces you've tried have worked so far.
