Weather app is stuck on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

My versa 3 will NOT display weather in Fahrenheit. I have changed all the settings and restarted it. Still reads in Celsius. Can anyone help with this

Maybe I can help. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture, scroll down and tap the name of your Fitbit tracker then tap gallery. Now scroll down and tap weather. Next tap settings. Change the weather to your desired reading under temperature unit. Go back to the Fitbit App today page and sync your Fitbit tracker. 

For weather showing directly on the clock face there may or may not be a clock face setting to change.

If it is still a problem using the same path as above

  • remove cities in the weather list of cities setting
  • and use current location
  • and sync again.

Hi there, @Julieflan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the weather app before reaching out. 

If the tips and recommendations provided by @SunsetRunner don't work, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way. Hi julie I might not be the one you expecting to tell you what really happened there but just be patient I believe Fitbit service is been disturbing now a days
