Weather app is stuck on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

I keep trying to change the weather to Fahrenheit (because when I reset the watch it switched to Celsius) but it won't change. I know how to do it, but it won't work no matter how many times I reset this watch.

It says it is sent to Fahrenheit but suddenly started showing the temp in Celsius.  I have reset multiple times and nothing changes it

It FINALLY changed, but it took over 2 hours and now I want to know why the heck it took so LONG to do that????

Mine changed back instantly when I changed it in the weather app, not
fitbit settings but the weather app. As the link posted suggested
