Weather app is stuck on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit

My new Versa 3 only shows the weather in Centigrade, not Farenheit.  My Versa 2 would let me change the settings.  How do I change it on the Versa 3?

Hi there, @CaptJeanie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your new Versa 3 doesn't let you change the weather units of measurements as your Versa 2 did. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

As a first approach, please make sure you've changed the weather units as follows:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon > your device > Gallery > Weather.
2. Tap Settings.
3. In the Temperature Unit section, tap Units and choose the unit you want to use.
   
   

If the above doesn't do the trick, I'd recommend to try switching to a clock face that actually shows both units of measurements, Celsius and Fahrenheit, as not all clock faces will show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit even when you've set it to be that way, probably that would explain why none of the clock faces you've tried have worked so far. Thank you for your response. I checked my settings (Gallery is not on
option on my phone) by clicking on My profile picture - Fitbit Settings -
App Settings - Units. The Temperature is set to Fahrenheit like it is
supposed to be. I am NOT trying to use a clock face to see the weather, but
rather the Weather app after I swipe left.

OK, finally figured out what you meant by Gallery and got there.  However, when I click on Settings I get a blank screen everytime.  No way to change the Units.

Hi @CaptJeanie - there is no fix for this problem with the new V4 Fitbit App causing a blank screen.

Thank you @Guy_ , I suspected it was the App.  I loaded the Fitbit App onto my Android tablet, connected my Fitbit Versa 3 and got the same result.  I was able to bring up a clock face with the weather on it and it uses the Units that I selected in the Fitbit Settings.

Gallery>weather>settings gives me a blank white screen. I just updated

today to latest fitbit version. Still gives me the white screen.  I dont want to cange my clock face, many others are getting blank white screens when dealing with the clock face changes also. What gives?
