Weather app isn't updating on my Sense 2

Just recently purchased and received the Sense 2.

However, I'm noticing the Weather tile continually says "No data. Try to sync to mobile" even though I'm actively receiving notifications from my phone.

Anyone else have this issue and/or know how to correct it?

Hi there, @ichisdeno. Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

As a first approach, please double check that your Sense 2 is paired to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

Once the above has been verified, please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
