Hello,

Since I got this fitbit is has never shown me weather, just told me there is no data and to sync. Looking at forums people say to adjust the weather app. There is not one. So I try third party apps option to see if there is an option. If I try to download one, I get a message that there is no internet connection. Well, there is one. I got to the app site on it. And I am, in fact, connected. So I don't know what the problem is, but it is really annoying

Hi there, @cjarvis. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Weather app before reaching out. I understand how annoying this can be.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track as this may be also interfering with the Weather app as your Charge 4 is not syncing properly. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
