Weather app won’t update on my sense

Hi @Bea-trice - this may be due to improper syncing.

One of the bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App is it may lose connection and then it is not possible get weather information (or any notifications).

A temporary fix may be to restart the watch and also the phone to ensure a connection and do s manual sync.

Hi there, @Bea-trice. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the weather app on your Sense hasn't been updated. @Guy_ Thanks for your input! 

If you continue having this issue, please try the following steps:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
