Weather app won't update on my Versa 2

Versa 2 will not sync weather app all of the sudden

Hello @Minimalcrawldad 

First try turning your Bluetooth off for a few seconds then turn it back on. Now sync to see if that fixed the issue. If the problem persist open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2 then tap Gallery. Now scroll down and tap weather then tap settings permissions. Make sure all your permissions are enabled. Now sync your Versa 2 to accept any changes you made. If you continue to have problems try restarting your Versa 2. You won’t lose data doing a restart. Just hold the Versa 2 button down till you see the Fitbit a logo then release the button. It will vibrate indicating the restart is done.

Posto mi je kum poklonio vas sat meni nece da ostane povezan vise od 15 sekudi na WiFi i nece da se sihronizuje a restartovao sam ga sta da radim niti mi vibrira na poziv niti na por kad stigne nofitikacija hvala srbija

Hi @cokomoko1212 - this forum is English only.

 

The watch doesn't use WiFi to sync. It uses Bluetooth.

 

Try logout of the app, restart both watch and phone.
