no weather data on versa 3.
had been working fine
versa 3 is synched
what is the trick?

Hi there, @royalle. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and making sure that it's syncing.
If the weather is still not updating, check the following settings:
If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Last but not least, may I know what kind of issues you were having with your Versa 3? Did you manage to solve them? Were they syncing issues?
By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hi, it would probably be good to Shutdown the watch, wait 10 seconds and place it on charge or push the button to restart it.
Also in the Fitbit App go to the Apps tile and check the Weather permissions and Settings.
If that doesn't work you may try the following.
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit Stop [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]
If the problem persists then do as for iPhones below. |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification, App notifications and any special setups. |
