Weather app won't update on my Versa 3

The weather app on my fitbit doesn't work.  It did when I first got it

The message I keep getting is no weather data available.  Sync the fitbit mobile app to update 

My phone has just updated the app and its still not working

I had serious problems with the weather app. After trying everything (reinstall app/ check all settings etc.) i finally fixed the problem. I had to open the weather app settings and turn OFF the permissions for "group saving" and "Alerts". Finally i synced the Versa 3 and for the first time ever the App is working!! Hurray.
