Weather incorrect on "Trails" clockface

I have a Versa 4 and am using the Trails premium clock face. The temperature unit is consistently incorrect for my location and there is not an option in the watch face settings to change it. 

 

 

My fitbit app is set to my correct location and the separate weather app shows the correct temperature. My sync device is Samsung Galaxy 23+

Is there anyway to correct the temperature/weather on the watch face so it is drawing from the correct location or data source?

Hi @Clangdonbougie - thanks for the photos and good observation, the discrepancy seems most odd, perhaps report this using chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Thanks for the feedback. Seems there is no solution except to change to a different clock face since there is not a way to report the issue to the developer (per customer support)

@Clangdonbougie - Fitbit is the developer and customer support is the place to contact, though you may need to insist.

@Guy_ Thanks for your input. It is true, this clock face is developed by Fitbit. 

@Clangdonbougie Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the temperature shown on the Trails clock. Appreciate the photos, I can see the difference. I would try to remove the "Trails" clock face and add it again to see if anything changes. 

In this case I recommend you stay in touch with support. They will provide you with a suitable resolution. We will see if there are any other customers experiencing the same.

May I add to this but saying the clock face also doesn't respect the temperate unit settings. I love in Australia and so have my temperature units set to Celsius. However the clockwise displays Fahrenheit and appears to have no way to change it. Not really acceptable considering countries that still use the Fahrenheit scale are in the minority. Please respect the users settings.

I am having the exact problem! It's a shame as I really like the clock, but this bug renders it pretty useless. I have also noticed that it doesn't pay attention to other units - I tried switching my units from Fahrenheit to Celsius and it did not switch the units.
