Where do I find Clock Faces in the App Gallery?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a versa.  Another post in this forum said to get to the app gallery (actually looking for clock faces) one has to click on Ionic in the fitbit app.  I see no such thing.  I have IOS. Help much appreciated.

Hi there, @ibilln! Welcome to the forums!  I don’t have the new Versa ... yet. I can’t resist new technology! But I found this in the Versa Help pages. Hope it gives you the info you want. Tap here for all the details.

But in a nutshell, here is the basic info:

HOW DO I ADD APPS TO MY FITBIT WATCH?

Up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time. Your watch must be connected to Wi-Fi in order for some apps to install or update. For instructions on connecting your watch to Wi-Fi, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?

To install an app:

  1. With your watch nearby, on the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon  your device image.
  2. Tap or click Apps > All Apps.
  3. Browse the available apps. When you find the one you want to install, tap or click it.
  4. Tap or click Install.
  5. Some apps require certain permissions in order to work properly, such as access to the internet or the ability to run in the background. Review these requested permissions and tap or click Install to add the app to your watch. Note that some permissions can cause your phone to use more data. If you decide at a later time that you don’t want an app to have certain permissions, you can adjust these permissions later.

Please let us know how it goes.

@Carol-B  Thanks vmuch for the response. I should have said, additional to "I have a Versa", I'm new at things Fitbit.  I knew how to open the "apps" section on my fitbit app.  But, I found that to see all the clock faces on offer, I needed to "see all" faces in the clock section, then, for specific types of faces, do "see all" again.  So, for now, I'm good.  Thanks again for getting me into the mode...

Yes, @ibilln. In the future it is always good to provide as much information as possible when asking a question. But in your case, I surmised you had either a Versa or an Ionic.

Happy you got it all worked out!
