Why does my versa lite constantly log out of my weather app, and my Spotify app? I have to continually log in and sync my watch and app. Why has this not been fixed. I have done everything I have read about, letting the app run in the back ground giving all permissions and still after like 20 minutes it logs out of Spotify even if I’m listening to it. Same with the weather. Why have it if I have to go through so many steps to use it on the watch multiple times a day. When I need it I might as well just use my phone.

I haven't experienced this @Naomijoyce does the watch tell you to setup weather and Spotify?

Versa 2 same issue. I have to use my phone to go to Apps, Spotify, where I'm told I have Spotify Free (I don't; I have premium and have previously logged in). To be able to use Spotify again I have to then log out, click log in, and agree to terms. Then my Fitbit once again recognizes my Spotify Premium status and I can use it again

Yes I log in all is good. I go to use it so I don’t have to get my phone out of my bag and it tell me to go log in to the Spotify app through my phone, with the weather app it tell me to sync to my phone.

Have you tried to to delete to the app and reinstall it ?
