Hi my name is Stephanie Wetter and I have a Fitbit Versa and I can't get it to sync with my Fitbit Versa app on my phone and won't connect to the WiFi

So can you give me some idea what I can do to make it work again for my Fitbit Versa app on my phone to make it sync and c

to the WiFi.
