"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when changing Versa 2 clock face

I have Internet at home but when I'm trying to changes my clock face or link my Spotify it says I have no Internet when I do. I have been stuck in the same clock face for months and I want to change it.

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS
