The apps section on my fitbit app won't work and says "not connected to internet" even though I am connected to the Internet. Because of this I cannot change my background or any of the apps I have on the device.

Hi there, @Cloga. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post abut the issue with the Fitbit App Gallery.

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope this helps.

Try these steps in "Phone Settings" :

  •   Connections → More Connections  → VPN If any VPN is listed, remove it, or set it to "none"
  • Connections → More Connections  → Private DNS Set it to "Automatic", or "None"
