"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when trying to download a clock face on Sense

Everytime you click watchfaces, to change' a pop up saying 'opps there's no internet connection'.

This happens even if internet working fine well.

Hi there, @USGupte. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Sense. 

As @Guy_ has mentioned, the "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS
