"Oops looks like there's no internet connection" when accessing Fitbit Gallery

My Versa 4 syncs fine with my phone and app. However it insists there is no internet connection and won't allow me to see any alternate faces. Please help.

Hi @JPeregrin -  this can be a phone setting issue as the Gallery requires full internet access.

See No internet connection even though the phone is seemingly connected to the internet.

@JPeregrin On what device can't you see the altenate clockfaces? 
Do you use the "long press on fitbit watch" or do you mean the "Gallery" in the fitbit  app.?

Sometimes it helps to delete some clockfaces and re-install them.
