Conversation bubbles are the small icons to the left of a new topic or existing thread. These symbols denote the status of a discussion topic.

Here's a quick breakdown:

A new or existing topic that you haven't viewed.

A new or existing topic that you've viewed.

 A new or existing topic posted by an official Fitbit representative (e.g. moderators or employees). The tiny lock indicates that comments are disabled for this specific thread.

 A new or existing *Hot Topic that you haven't viewed.

  A new or existing Hot Topic that you've viewed.

 A new or existing Hot Topic posted by Fitbit Community.

*A Hot Topic is a popular topic determined by the number of comments, votes, visits, and shares it has.
