It's this icon on the toolbar:

 

Add image

 

Just point to a picture you have uploaded to a web site (eg. tinypic.com) or to one that is on your hard drive.

True. The forums interface isn't as feature-rich on an iPad as on a computer. On a computer, it doesn't matter if it's a Mac or a PC: the toolbar should be the same.

It's true - some message composition features are not available on the mobile platform. If you use a computer, you should see the image option.

I do not see that but I am on a Mac. Looks like a windows icon.

Ok.  If I reply on my computer rather than my iPad I see the edit bar.  Thanks so much. Ali
