I would like to cancel.my Fit it Premium account. Just like my first Fitbit, my Sense 2 burned my wrist. It burned my wrist so badly, it bled. So, as much as I liked it, I cannot use it. Please help.

Has anyone had a good experience with a replacement wristband that is: — Breathable enough to keep on overnight. — Sturdy enough to stay clipped on to the watch part and wrist during strenuous activity like long-distance running and taking care of a grabby toddler.

I’m two months into owning the Fitbit Charge 6, and the dreaded wristband rash started to appear about 3 weeks ago. The band that comes with the watch in the box is practically unwearable for how much damage it can do to your skin.

Hello @ronald41

We recommend that you contact Support (<-- click) about the rash you've experienced from the band that came with your Charge 6. You might be eligible for a replacement band.

I've had my sense 2 for about 3 years and have worn it with no issues.

Over the past 2 months I've started to get a  reaction to the back of the watch. It gets red and sore then very dry. It takes ages to heal then flares up again within an hour of putting it back on. This has happened on both wrists.

The watch is clean, I take it off regularly, make sure skin is clean/ dry etc

I've noticed others reporting the same issue after several years of use- is there a known problem?

I have worn  my Sense 2 daily for almost three years. About 4 weeks ago I developed a bumpy itchy burning rash under the watch (not the band).

I have:

- cleaned my watch and the charger regularly;

- made sure that my wrist is clean and dry;

- loosening the band and

- changed wrists and position.

Nothing has helped. As soon as the rash clears (after several days) and I start wearing the watch again, the rash comes back.

Is there anything else I could try or should I give up and switch to Garmin?
