Fitbit symbols/icons and their meanings

Hi Everyone,

As I flip through my watch, I see some symbols that I do not know the meaning of... is there a photo of the symbols that tell me the meaning i.e a guide that I can refernce ?

Like what is the flame with a number under it?
or the lighting bolt? or the man with his leg bent and arms up?

The symbols are on my FitBit Charge 2 watch. I keep getting calendar notifications constantly there is a calendar icon with a number on the upper right of the calendar, sometimes a checkmark. The main issue is why do I keep getting notifications all day long? My iPhone app is set to just send a notification a day before. Just started and very annoying.

Are these notifications sent from your phone, or fitbit calender notifications? Any a screenshots of what you are seeing.

That sounds like water and OZ is common for ounces

The man being 250, what does that mean? My Fitbit default is the steps, but isn’t syncing with my app right. My watch says 415 while I’ve reached over 10,000 in the app as I did a long fast walk today over an hour, do I need to resync somehow?
